Export your Heroku Postgres with pg_dump and import to CreateOS managed databases. For Redis, use redis-cli to export and import. Most Heroku add-ons have CreateOS equivalents or can be replaced with managed services.
In most cases, yes. CreateOS supports a similar process model. For simple apps, you don't even need a Procfile — CreateOS auto-detects your start command from package.json or your framework.
